- Job Responsibilities
- Technical Support
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and resolve in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees (account setup, access control, equipment provisioning)
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Compliance & Security
- Support IT compliance initiatives
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT policies, procedures, and documentation
- Participate in internal and external audits by gathering evidence and responding to requests
- Monitor user access and permissions to ensure proper controls are in place
- Help enforce cybersecurity best practices, including password policies, MFA, and endpoint protection
- Track and remediate compliance gaps or vulnerabilities
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend long-term solutions
- Assist in system updates, patching, and maintenance schedules
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and documentation
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts
- Internal and External Relationships
- This position interacts with many internal departments including Production, Quality and regularly. External relationships include vendors and suppliers.
