Position & Requirements Main tasks : Reporting to the Distribution Manager, and working in collaboration with the sales/customer service and marketing teams, you will contribute to the day-to-day activities of the sales teams and will have the following main tasks: Investment and Commercial Activity Support: Participation in weekly team sales meetings Monitoring daily flows & sending portfolios and allocations to invested clients Production and dispatch of dedicated client reports Support in the production of performance commentary Participation in the production/update & development of sales presentations (EN/ FR) Contribution to the follow-up of client requests Participation in 121 meetings and client events with the sales team Support Activities Client Servicing & Marketing: Help with the production of pitches for Robeco products Research on investment themes Contribution to updates and monitoring of the CRM database in connection with client activities Optimization of processes and tools used for sales follow-up Help manage cross-functional sales/marketing projects Profile: Gap year or end-of-studies internship Appetence for financial issues Fluent English / French essential Excellent writing skills in French/English Highly adaptable to a technical environment Good command of office tools (Excel / PowerPoint) Autonomy, proactivity, creativity, curiosity and thoroughness
