Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

- Support production incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across campaign management platforms and delivery processes.
- Technology Evaluation & Innovation
- Participate in product evaluations, Request for Proposal (RFP) activities, proof-of-concept (POC) exercises, and technology assessments.
- Recommend solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience with a strong track record in technical project delivery and solution implementation.
- Proven experience delivering Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, CRM, or Customer Engagement solutions.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight timelines.
- Functional Expertise
- End-to-end campaign management across real-time and batch processing environments.
- Customer targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Offer eligibility, prioritization, and campaign orchestration.
- Approval workflows and campaign governance.
