Job Summary: Job Description: PayPal, Inc. seeks Sr Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis in San Jose, CA Job Duties: Identify key business levers across payment products, establish cause and effect, perform analyses at various data dimensions leveraging AI tools, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision making. Identify new opportunities to grow and optimize the business through analytics, financial modeling, business case development and process improvement. Dissect large quantities of data using SQL and Excel, apply statistical programming languages like R, Python, and visualize content through reporting tools including ThinkCell and SAP S4Hana systems. Translate complex concepts into business terms and influence both peers and C-suite leadership. Derive quantitative insights, develop relationships with teams including Product, Analytics and Finance which will facilitate data-driven decision making across the organization. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
