  • This is an 8 month opportunity.
  • How you'll succeed
  • Trade Reconciliation - Assist with reconciling trades in precious metals and equities, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies..
  • Reporting & Records Management: You will assist with daily reporting associated with the Trade Control group as part of the group's overall control framework. In this position, you will need to adopt an organized approach to record-keeping of daily controls to ensure compliance for audit purposes.
  • Continuous Learning - Stay current on industry practices and actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • You have technical proficiency. You are comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with data analytics and AI is an asset.
  • You act with urgency and take ownership. You respond promptly to queries regarding trade details and discrepancies. You go above and beyond to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You communicate with impact. You bring strong verbal communication skills that enable you to you communicate effectively with stakeholders, including back office, investigations officers, traders, marketers and middle office.
