Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of how identity and security teams protect their identity fabric -including workflows, tools, constraints, and failure modes. This includes current practices and the evolution of the space as the landscape changes with AI.
  • Help shape and define the strategy and roadmap for our platform, ensuring that we are forward looking while always accruing customer value.
  • Partner closely with peers, customers and internal stakeholders to validate problem framing , test solution concepts, and refine product direction through continuous discovery.
  • Work closely with engineering counterparts to build and prioritize backlogs to ensure clarity and continuous delivery for our internal partners and customers.
  • What you'll bring to the table
  • 7+ years of product management experience , with a focus on enterprise software and delivering in geo distributed organizations.
  • Experience building or product managing generative AI/LLM-based assistants, automated and agentic workflows, or decision-support systems.
  • Experience in at least one of the following domains:
  • Identity security / IAM / PAM / directory services (e.g., AD, Entra ID, Okta).
  • Security operations (SOC, IR, SIEM, SOAR) or threat detection and response.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship meaningful product increments in partnership with engineering and design teams.
  • Strong skills in problem discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment , with a track record of making thoughtful trade-offs.
  • Comfort working with technical concepts (APIs, data models, workflows, orchestration) and translating them into clear customer value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication , able to move seamlessly between detailed requirements and executive-level narratives.

Requirements

  • Background in Identity, threat detection, incident response, and/or security automation.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or platform environments.
  • This is a hybrid role for 2x/week in TO office.
