Senior Estimator

Due to continued expansion, we require a Senior Estimator to join our successful preconstruction team. Key responsibilities: Manage the preparation of timely detailed cost estimates in support of tender bids. Engage with the supply chain during the tender process to secure accurate pricing for packages of works. Ensure effective handover of tender estimates to project teams when the contract has been awarded. Maintain a strategic oversight of macro conditions in developing bid-winning strategies. Mentor and coach the estimators to assist the development of their careers within Estimating.
