We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Global HR Team in Krailling. Your Mission Shape and drive our global people strategy together with the Global HR Director, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities Lead and empower a global HR Business Partner team , fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance Translate business needs into impactful workforce planning and organizational strategies that support long-term success Establish and continuously evolve a consistent, high-quality HRBP operating model across regions Collaborate with L&D to drive global talent management , including succession planning and leadership pipeline development Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior leaders on strategic topics such as organizational design, transformation, and leadership effectiveness Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, organizational development, and productivity to support decision-making Ensure pragmatic and compliant HR governance while collaborating closely with other HR functions to create a seamless employee experience Your Talents Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering within international, matrix organizations Proven leadership experience and coaching capabilities with a passion for developing others Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change or transformation environments A strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen and the ability to align people and business goals Confidence in working with data and analytics to guide decisions and create impact Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and challenge senior leaders constructively Excellent communication skills in English and German and the ability to collaborate across cultures
