Operations Partner (Flexible Contract SEA)

We're looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to support our field operations during high-demand periods. If you're someone who likes staying active, solving problems on the go, and working independently - this could be a great fit. 💡 What this role really is This is flexible, on-demand work where you complete tasks across the city - from apartment inspections to simple fixes and key handoffs. Think of it as a paid, real-world problem-solving role : You're out in the field You follow clear instructions You get things done The more available and reliable you are, the more work (and earnings) you unlock . 🛠 What you'll do Conduct apartment inspections before check-ins and after check-outs (using a mobile checklist) Take clear photos and document unit condition Handle key pickups/drop-offs and simple delivery tasks Perform basic fixes (e.g., replacing batteries, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups) Troubleshoot simple issues like WiFi resets or access problems Support last-minute tasks to keep apartments guest-ready 👉 Most tasks are straightforward and guided - attention to detail matters more than technical expertise. 👀 Who this is perfect for You'll do well here if you: Like working independently without constant supervision Are reliable and follow instructions carefully Are comfortable being on the move throughout the day Enjoy hands-on, practical work Communicate clearly and flag issues early Great backgrounds include: Field operations / property management Delivery or logistics roles Task-based work (TaskRabbit, gig work, etc.) Maintenance or handyman experience (a plus, not required) ✅ Requirements Ability to lift and move items (~30 lbs) Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Comfortable using mobile apps, Slack, and basic digital tools Strong attention to detail (photos + notes are key) Availability on weekdays and/or weekends 💰 How compensation works Paid per task (rates vary by task type and city) Multiple tasks can be assigned per day Performance-based opportunity : → The more tasks you complete reliably, the more work you receive 📅 How scheduling works You share your weekly availability Tasks are assigned based on that availability (often short notice) Reliable partners get priority access to more work
