Work With Us | Maricopa County, AZ We Require One year of experience with EHR systems, clinical databases, health information workflows, and/or system troubleshooting and user support Associate's degree in Health Information Technology, Health Informatics, Medical Records Technology, Information Systems or Healthcare Administration A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis. Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CHRS and Clinical Services hardware, software, and peripheral systems used in clinics, laboratory, and pharmacy operations Maintain inventories of CHRS and Clinical Services hardware and software assets; assist with clinic and office moves, equipment deployments, and technology setup activities.
