The Packaging Test Lab Specialist will join a dynamic R&D team responsible for the testing, qualification and commercialization of products and packaging systems for the industry leader in consumer lawn and garden products. The Specialist will work in close collaboration with the R&D development team and conduct a variety of tests to ensure products and packaging systems are safe, effective and deliver a positive consumer experience. What you'll do in this role : -Support the development team by conducting various packaging and applicator performance test protocols including: shock and vibration, environmental stability and compatibility, weathering exposure, and life-cycle testing. -Collect, analyze and document results to ensure compliance with industry standards and business requirements. Prepare and share test reports, findings and recommendations based on historical data and trends. -Work efficiently and accurately. Identify and implement process improvements (including leveraging AI tools) to boost team efficiency, accuracy and throughput. -Assist in maintaining the Packaging Test Laboratory: procuring supplies, general housekeeping, maintaining logs and managing maintenance of the equipment.
