Responsibilities
- Create and/or implement practices, policies, and procedures to ensure operations comply with applicable legislation, regulations, and standards. - Manage loading logistics for outbound shipments to maximize financial returns on commercially cleaned grain.

- Skills & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in management within agri-business or a related customer service or operational environment.
- Post-secondary degree in Agriculture or Business Administration.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required level of knowledge, skill, and competence will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of grain grading, cleaning, and handling processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of the grain industry, including applicable regulations and policies.
- Ability to make decisions that consider their significant impact on business operations, financial performance, goodwill, and corporate reputation.
