Under the general direction of the Director of Patient Access, the Patient Access Coordinator helps individual patients navigate barriers to accessing Family Planning, Gender Affirming Care and Abortion services by facilitating delivery of cost estimates, managing programs, and connecting them to appropriate resources & supports. This role supports PPM's commitment to providing needed resources for patients seeking care in Maryland by facilitating coordination of care and providing patient-centered solutions. This position will both expand navigation support available to patients at PPM and help to build sustainable systems that will bolster access for the future. Why Join Us?
