- Provide accurate medication instructions and verify prescriptions with healthcare providers when necessary.
- Maintain infection control standards and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare/clinic environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking patients and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Good understanding of cultural sensitivities and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Proficient in computer systems and applications, including medical record systems.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good numerical skills for handling billing and administrative tasks.
