Responsibilities
- Assist or act as team lead and senior geotechnical engineer for geotechnical engineering for a wide variety of public and private sector clients.
- Provide leadership through technical supervision and mentoring of junior team members.
- Provide relevant feedback and instructions to team members and relevant updates to clients.
- Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and objectives.
- Participate in internal and external project meetings.
- Write and/or review/approve reports and specifications and make presentations.

- Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or any related technical field.
- +6 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and/or demonstrated equivalency.
- Experience in MTO projects for geotechnical engineering in High complexity.
- Registered professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
- Valid Class G Ontario license.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil and/or Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in team leading is an asset
- +10 years in geotechnical/foundations engineering and project management experience.
- Ability to proactively assist in technical efforts and project team staff
