About the role
Support the global third-party due diligence programme. This includes conducting privacy impact assessments, sanctions screening, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption reviews of new vendors. These gaps include data mapping, data subject requests, and cookie compliance. Flag issues to leadership for remediation. Identify opportunities to strengthen the compliance and privacy programme's operational infrastructure, including by drafting procedures and SOPs, and researching privacy-enhancing technologies to improve team efficiency. Occasional international travel. About you: Bachelor's degree required; social sciences, law or business degree is good to have. 4+ years of prior corporate experience Prior experience in privacy, ethics and compliance, or a related field desirable. Experience using a variety of software tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, and TrustArc). Familiarity with compliance programmes, software solutions, and risk-ranking methodologies. Experience with global privacy concepts, including familiarity with GDPR and CCPA, and interest in privacy issues posed by artificial intelligence. Experience with privacy impact assessments and privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) is good to have. Familiarity with or interest in anti-bribery/anti-corruption frameworks and sanctions compliance. Understand and explain privacy and compliance risk to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify and escalate compliance concerns and offer potential solutions.
