Architectural Designer I / II (Hospitality and Gaming)

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our Las Vegas team and contribute to hospitality and gaming projects across all phases of design and delivery. This role is ideal for a designer who brings curiosity and craft to every challenge, and who is eager to grow within a collaborative, design-driven team. Hospitality experience is required, though our work spans multiple markets and you'll have the opportunity to contribute across a diverse range of project types. Candidates will be considered for Architectural Designer I or II based on qualifications and experience. The Architectural Designer I (non-exempt) will assist in developing design solutions, documentation, and technical coordination under the guidance of project leaders. The Architectural Designer II (exempt) will independently move small to medium portions of project scope forward with minimal supervision, while collaborating closely with project leaders, consultants, and clients - taking ownership of quality within their assigned focus area. Experience in the hospitality and gaming market sector is required, with demonstrated project involvement on resort, hotel, and/or casino project types. Why Cuningham?
