The Institutes and Centers participating in this recruitment are Office of the Director (OD), Executive Secretariat (ES) and Office of Research Services (ORS) In order to qualify for a Supervisory Program Specialist, GS-0301-14 position, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: conducting analytical studies and evaluations of program operations and administrative support functions such as budget, procurement, personnel, or supply management; assessing organizational performance and developing recommendations to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service delivery; identifying and resolving complex programmatic or administrative issues impacting mission accomplishment; and advising leadership on process improvements, policy implementation, and strategic operational initiatives. You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
