About you : As a Sales Manager we are looking for someone who : Proven experience (minimum 1 year) leading a sales team, ideally in the fitness, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service sector. Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams. A passion for all things health and fitness . Confidence using digital tools such as CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and spreadsheets.
