About the role

Drafter (Interior Fit-Out) Roles & Responsibilities Prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for interior fit-out projects. Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings with precise dimensions. Coordinate drawings with the Sales and Production teams to ensure design and technical requirements are met. Specify materials, finishes, hardware, and construction details in all drawings. Ensure drawings are suitable for factory fabrication and on-site installation. Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions. Assist with site measurements and verify dimensions when required. Maintain drawing accuracy and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Job Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interior fit-out, carpentry, or construction drafting. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant CAD/drafting software. Able to interpret architectural and construction drawings accurately. Familiar with site measurements, joinery detailing, and fabrication processes. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet project deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and contractors. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
