Responsibilities

  • Monitor FNOL inbox.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service role.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
  • Fully bilingual. Must be able to communicate fluidly in Spanish and English (oral and written)
  • Data entry accuracy and speed
  • Basic knowledge of insurance terminology and concepts (preferred).
