Associate Director, Power Capacity Development

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to leverage generation technologies (e.g. captive, temporary, co-located power)
• Originate and secure power capacity opportunities aligned with growth and sustainability goals
• Build commercial partnerships with IPPs, utilities, and OEMs
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Development teams to integrate power solutions
• Engage with customers to understand and meet energy needs
• Lead strategic projects, business cases, and investor engagement
• Partner across teams on utility and site requirements
• Deliver clear reporting and updates to stakeholders
• What you bring
• 10+ years' experience in power project development, utilities, or energy markets
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including deal structuring and business case development
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders
• Ability to lead teams and foster inclusive, high-performing environments
• Knowledge of APAC electricity and utility markets
• A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and continuous learning
