We are seeking an Analyst to join our Management Consulting & Valuation team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven professional with a strong analytical and financial skill set to contribute to a dynamic practice whose responsibilities extend beyond those of a traditional analyst role. As an Analyst, you will support complex engagements involving valuation, transaction advisory, litigation support, and strategic consulting, with exposure to matters involving intellectual property and other intangible assets. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, defensible insights. This position provides meaningful opportunities for professional growth, direct exposure to clients and senior team members, and increasing levels of responsibility while supporting high-impact business and litigation-related matters. Job Responsibilities Financial & Valuation Modeling Build and analyze complex financial models related to businesses, technologies, and intellectual property assets Apply advanced valuation techniques (income, market, and cost approaches) in both advisory and litigation contexts Research & Market Analysis Conduct deep-dive industry, market, and competitive analyses across a wide range of sectors Evaluate commercial viability, adoption trends, and competitive positioning of technologies and intangible assets Client Deliverables Draft clear, concise, and defensible reports, expert materials, and client presentations Translate complex quantitative analyses into compelling narratives suitable for executive and legal audiences Engagement Execution Synthesize financial, technical, legal, and marketing materials into actionable insights Critically evaluate opposing expert reports, damages claims, and valuation methodologies Client Interaction & Exposure Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and expert discussions Support preparation for depositions, arbitration, and trial testimony Firm Development Contribute to recruiting, training, and internal knowledge development Support practice development initiatives, including proposal development and thought leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field 1-4 years of relevant experience in valuation, litigation consulting, investment banking, or related fields Demonstrated academic excellence - high cumulative GPA Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; strong PowerPoint and writing skills Exceptional analytical rigor and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly Professional presence and the ability to engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to work on analytically demanding problems
