About the role
The Manager, Engagement Department (Hope Village) is responsible for leading and coordinating all engagement, outreach, and programme-related functions at Hope Village. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Engagement Department and its various engagement functions
- Coordinate community outreach to MWs and MDWs
- Oversee membership relations and engagement activities
- Support and guide programme and event planning and execution
- Strengthen partnerships with community groups, corporates, volunteers, and sector partners
- Ensure engagement activities are well-coordinated with Facilities Management and Corporate Services teams
- Monitor programme outcomes, participation, and feedback, and recommend improvements
- Support reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements as needed

Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification in social services, community development, arts management, public administration, or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in community engagement, programme management, or social service operations
- Experience working with volunteers, community partners, or migrant communities is an advantage
- Strong coordination, communication, and people management skills
- Able to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively across teams
