Pest Control Technician/Worker

About the role

- To assist Fumigator in carrying out fumigation & pest control services in accordance with regulatory requirements - Notify Supervisor immediately of all incidents which are of material importance to the company such as accidents/near-misses/safety breaches/customer complaints followed by written report - Check and ensure that all material/equipment/resources required for the day's work is available in the vehicle and in good working condition - Always maintain sufficient stock of supplies and to submit requisition for replenishment if stock runs low. - Maintain all equipment on board the vehicle in good working condition and to report damages/uncalibrated items immediately - To ensure accurate reporting of fumigant stock in the vehicle at the end of each working day - To be able to manage client's expectations and requests at work site and perform decision making if the team is able to accede to the demands within their limits, else TL will need to escalate to the Supervisor Requirement: 1.) Driver's License (Class 3) is an advantage 2.) Vector Control Technician/Worker Licence 3.) Completed the following training will have an advantage a.) Forklift Driver's Licence b.) Scissor lift Certificate c.) Basic First Aid Course Certificate d.) WAH Supervisor Certificate 4.) Fluency in spoken & written English 5.) Good planning and time management skills 6.) Physically Fit 7.) Ability to work in Teams, and supervise junior technicians and assistants 8.) Good interpersonal skills 9.) Good customer service skil
