Requirements

• Previous experience in financial planning and reporting
• Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, structured approach
• Commercial finance experience in a business partnering role
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
• Experience in FMCG, SAP (CO-PA), or FP&A (desirable)

As a trusted partner to Marketing, you'll provide insight, challenge, and commercial support to drive performance. K ey responsibilities: Coordinate and develop month-end processes, including analysis and reporting Support and develop budget, forecast, and long-term planning cycles Business partner Brand Teams, providing financial insight and challenge Manage brand P&Ls, forecasts, and marketing investment budgets Deliver reporting, analysis, and presentations to senior stakeholders Act as a key contact for ad-hoc analysis and decision support
