Technical Recruitment Consultant [Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences ]

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to successful placements
• Recruit talent for across the Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, and Life Sciences sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Support business development activities through market research, outreach, networking, and client engagement
• Contribute to recruitment and sales initiatives that drive business growth

Requirements

• Driven, motivated, and eager to achieve results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working with people and building professional relationships
• Organised, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development experience is an advantage but not essential
• CEI certification is a plus, but training can be provided
