Responsibilities
- Sales Operations & Portal Management
- Take full ownership of various customer-facing portals (EDI, 3rd party procurement sites, etc.) to ensure all documentation, certifications, and listings are current and accurate.

- Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and build dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs, sales trends, and inventory turnover.
- Perform regular audits of ERP data to ensure accuracy for the sales department.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience with Power BI (data visualization) and Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably QAD) and CRM platforms (Zendesk).
- You enjoy problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear updates for the sales team and external partners.
