Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the roadmap for launching and scaling Ebury in LATAM (specifically Argentina, Colombia, or Peru), providing qualitative analysis to support the broader Americas corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Expansion, Legal, and Compliance teams to lead regulator relationships and work with external partners to ensure compliant operations in complex environments.
- Navigate the intersection of Fintech and local regulation, managing critical relationships to secure licenses and operational stability across the region.
- Manage end-to-end projects focused on delivering both organic and inorganic growth (M&A/Partnerships) across the Americas region.
- Bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver key strategic projects and scale operations rapidly.
- Analyze regional data and market trends to propose innovative ideas that adapt Ebury's product suite to the LATAM financial ecosystem and drive continuous growth.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of your initiatives, using performance insights to adapt plans and pivot strategies in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years in Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or Strategic roles within Fintech or Financial Services.
- Proven track record in the LATAM region with deep, hands-on experience in the Fintech ecosystem and regulatory environments-specific experience in Colombia and/or Peru is highly prioritized.
- Solid experience in launching and scaling operations in complex markets; specific experience in Payments, Lending, or FX is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate high-pressure regulatory environments and ambiguity.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling and executivelevel storytelling.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Portuguese is a plus.
