Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Treasury & Banking Management
- Manage all banking relationships and operations, including accounts, documentation, corporate cards, and compliance. Handle short-term financing (spot loans), cash flows, FX operations, and ensure regulatory adherence (foreign exchange, declarations, etc.).
- Procure-to-Pay & Vendor Payments
- Oversee the full invoice-to-payment process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Manage supplier issues, payment validations, and support both automated and manual payments, including compliance-driven HCP/HCO payments.
- Order-to-Cash & Receivables
- Supervise accounts receivable, ensure correct allocation of incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage reconciliation of discounts and customer transactions.
- Leasing & Asset Financing
- Coordinate leasing agreements and financing activities, monitor payments, manage asset lifecycle processes (buybacks, transfers), and maintain accurate reporting.
- Tax, Legal & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (VAT, withholding tax, declarations), manage interactions with authorities, support certifications for public tenders, and oversee legal processes such as liquidation activities.
- Audit, Inventory & Reporting
- Support audits and financial reconciliations, lead inventory counts and asset verification, and ensure accurate financial reporting in systems.
- Financial Governance & Internal Controls
- Strengthen internal controls, manage finance governance processes, ensure vendor compliance, oversee risk management, and maintain finance procedures and policies.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support T&E compliance, provide onboarding and guidance on finance processes, and ensure smooth coordination with shared service centers.

Requirements
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor degree in Finance / qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA is a plus)
- 1-2 years of experience in Multinational environment as a Finance Controller, or Finance Business Partner, ideally in Pharma or FMCG.
- Working knowledge of IFRS standards.
- Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Macros, Look-Up,...).
- Experience of working with SAP
- Proficiency in business English
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make complexity simple
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- This will be a 1 year Fixed Term contract.
