About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective support to the claims team to ensure good relations with clients and brokers and that accurate records are established and maintained Location: Miami, FL - New Orleans, LA - Atlanta, GA Hourly rate for this role is: $21.75 - 32.50, depending on experience Location: Houston, TX - Chicago, IL Hourly rate for this role is: $24.00 - 35.75, depending on experience Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week Your new role Manages new claims enquiries, reviewing policy records and creating new claims. Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provides technical advice and guidance in areas of expertise. Respond to requests for claims advice and Management Information/reporting. Undertakes additional administration duties related to claims processing. Develop a good working knowledge of claims systems. Handles a portfolio of delegated authority claims. Contributes to the claims handling plans. Develop an understanding of relevant internal policies, processes and procedures. Acts as a point of reference to guide and advise others. Work Experience: Preferred Work Experience includes: Experience in Commercial insurance services in a similar role. Customer service experience

- Tertiary degree or equivalent conbination of education and work experience.
