Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update subcontractor files, ensuring all documentation including contracts, insurance certificates, and safety records is current, complete, and compliant with project requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential, with the ability to manage data, generate reports, and maintain organized records.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are critical to ensure the integrity of subcontractor and financial information.
  • Previous experience working with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or construction-related software is considered an asset.
