VP, High Net Worth Policy Servicing -Contract

Responsibilities

• You'll be the point of contact for distributor enquiries, responding promptly and making sure the information you provide is clear and accurate. You'll process policy change requests within agreed turnaround times while keeping everything in line with internal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in business or a related field
• At least 3 years' experience in a policy servicing team within the life insurance industry
• Solid understanding of life insurance processes and local regulations
• Service-oriented, well organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Meticulous and detail-focused, with a genuine flair for administrative work
• A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office, along with policy administration, workflow, and imaging systems
