This role includes: Leading & Developing People Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop the district team Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable Conduct regular ride-alongs, 1:1s, and performance reviews Build a strong internal bench for future leadership roles Drive Sales & Growth Own district sales results for new, existing, and same-store accounts Execute growth initiatives and new account launches Use data and reporting to identify trends and take action Operational Excellence Ensure execution of company standards and processes Oversee inventory management, fleet performance, and cost control Maintain safety, DOT/HOS compliance, and audit readiness Customer Leadership Serve as the escalation point for customer issues Build relationships with key accounts through reviews and meetings Represent the company professionally in the market Why This Role Is Different: Real Leadership Development: You won't find stronger support for leadership development. You'll lead Account Managers, partner with business development, and stay connected to key customers through business reviews and account meetings.
