Responsibilities

• Required Qualifications
• High school graduation or GED. At least two years of related apprentice-level experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical and industrial equipment. Have a current Texas apprentice electrician license, or completed a lineman program, or attain one within 3 months from the hire date

Requirements

• More than two years of related apprentice-level experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical and industrial equipment in a power plant or a distribution system.

• Attire: Jeans
• Electrical work is performed around the Campus, sometimes inside manholes, and within construction areas. Accordingly, attire needs to be worn.
• Use of manual dexterity, Standing.
• Work Shift
• Hours per week - 40
• The work hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 40-hour week - 4 days a week. Either from Monday to Thursday or from Tuesday to Friday.
