We're seeking a seasoned Industrial Piping/Mechanical Superintendent to play a pivotal role in our industrial and water/wastewater construction projects. This leadership position is responsible for managing the installation, testing, and commissioning of complex piping systems and mechanical equipment, ensuring every phase meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. With deep field experience and a thorough understanding of piping design, materials, and installation practices, you'll guide teams through technical challenges, support field execution, and uphold project specifications. Occasionally working hands-on alongside crews, you'll foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Work Environment and Physical Demands: This position requires working on construction sites in extreme temperatures. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and use hand tools associated with the construction industry. Specific vision abilities required include the ability to adjust and focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods, walk, sit, kneel, bend, reach with hands and arms, hear, and talk.
