Fire and Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Test/Service/Install
• Fire Systems/Emergency Lighting/AOV/CCTV
• Identify faults and repair/Install
• Door Entry/Door Access/Door Operators

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years Industry Experience
• F.I.A or equivalent Certifications
• Ideally be Electrically Qualified although not essential
• Proven Industry work experience for fire/door entry & access will be desirable
• Training can be provided for the right candidate.
• You should have experience of working in occupied premises and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• You'll enjoy working alone or as part of a team and be confident in using IT technology such as iPads.
• This is a full-time role, working 40 Hours per week, with the opportunity to supplement your salary through your participation in the out of hours rota, minimum 1 in 10 weeks.
• Due to the requirement to travel within this role, you must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and have the ability to drive a company van.
• The candidate should ideally be living within a 20 mile radius of Exeter which would be a preference
• This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check.

Additional Information

We're currently looking for an experienced and qualified Fire & Security Engineer to join our Property Compliance Team covering the Devon area. As you'll spend a fair amount of time on the road we will provide you with a business use van and fuel card so you'll not be out of pocket.
