Job Summary Ther Sr Manager, Paid Media serves as the strategic leader for the organization's paid media ecosystem, overseeing the development, direction, and performance of all paid media efforts across search, social, display, video, and emerging digital channels. This role is responsible for shaping the long term paid media roadmap, advancing in house capabilities, and driving enterprise level outcomes tied to ticket sales, fan acquisition, brand growth, and revenue performance. The Sr Manager also provides direct leadership and oversight to the Paid Campaigns Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment, support, and smooth execution across all paid campaigns. This position leads the organization's audience strategy, measurement frameworks, and optimization models to improve marketing efficiency and conversion outcomes at scale. The Senior Manager partners closely with product marketing, performance, analytics, creative, lifecycle marketing, and digital product teams to deliver integrated, data driven campaigns that support organizational priorities and elevate overall marketing impact. Essential Functions Own the paid media strategy and long-term investment roadmap across all digital channels, setting direction that drives acquisition, revenue growth, and audience expansion Lead the build out of a fully in-house paid media function, including campaign management, optimization processes, platform ownership, and reporting capabilities. Manage paid search and brand bidding strategies that maximize efficiency, strengthen visibility, and drive sustained conversion performance across channels. Partner with analytics and insights teams to establish measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance reporting standards. Develop and lead audience targeting and segmentation strategies that advance full funnel performance, strengthen campaign relevance and efficiency, and drive meaningful improvements in return on investment. Oversee and support the Paid Campaigns Marketing Manager and provide strategic direction across creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging, assets, and GTM (Go to Market) initiatives are fully aligned and executed cohesively across channels. Establish and oversee optimization frameworks, experimentation models, and performance standards that strengthen campaign effectiveness and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, revenue outcomes, and return on ad spend. Own paid media budget strategy, forecasting, scenario planning, and investment decisions to drive performance against KPIs and revenue goals while maximizing overall organizational efficiency. Lead paid media strategy for theme nights, ticketing campaigns, and tentpole moments by overseeing integrated planning and execution that aligns channel investment, audience targeting, and creative direction with organizational revenue and engagement goals. Identify and evaluate emerging media trends, platform updates, and advertising technologies, and implement new opportunities that strengthen competitive performance, drive innovation, and support long term marketing efficiency. Provide leadership and coaching to the Paid Campaigns Marketing Manager, offering guidance, feedback, and day to day support to strengthen campaign planning, execution quality, and professional development. Required Qualifications BA/BS Degree (4-year): Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Paid Media or related marketing field 8-10 years Related work experience Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing integrated paid media campaigns across search, social, display, video, and programmatic channels within an in-house marketing environment. Strong experience translating brand, product, ticketing, and fan engagement objectives into performance-driven campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion, revenue, and audience growth outcomes.
