Purchasing & Inventory Control Professional

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure optimal stock levels for inventory needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines, resolving procurement issues.
• Analyze inventory usage and adjust purchase orders to minimize excess stock and shortages.
• Implement and monitor inventory control protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Develop reports on purchasing trends, inventory performance, and cost management.
• Support negotiations with suppliers for better pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with production schedules.
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement and inventory costs.
• Assist in implementing inventory management system improvements.
• Participate in inventory audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management.
• Knowledge of procurement strategies and inventory control systems.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in inventory and procurement software, as well as data analysis tools.
