Responsibilities

  • Contract Lifecycle Management Manage Contract Lifecycle Management and supporting documentation of vendor agreements including the initiation, negotiation, approval, execution, amendment, renewal, and termination of contracts in ServiceNow.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure contracts align with organizational policies and strategic goals.
  • Provide contract-related guidance and support to internal teams to facilitate information decision-making to ensure contract optimization and savings for IT contract renewals.
  • The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
  • Education
  • o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law/Legal studies, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • o 1-3+ year(s) of experience in contract management, preferably within IT.
  • o Familiarity with IT contracts, including software licensing, cloud services, and hardware procurement.
  • o Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • o Proficient with ServiceNow and contract management platforms a plus.
  • Skills
  • o Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and time management skills.
  • o Knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements related to IT contracts.
  • o Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • o Capability to analyze contracts and structures to provide guidance while balancing contractual concerns with business risk.
  • o Adept entering, coordinating, validating, and reporting data within multiple systems.
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Benefits
