Job Description - Executive (Project) - Supporting Project Team with general operation to meet team's objectives. - Process high volume and ensure timely processing of sales orders' documents - Job Orders, Delivery Orders and Tax Invoices via SAP - Liaising with various internal project team such as fabrication, workshop, engineering, warehouse for fabrication work, arrange for transport to pick up materials, preparing project databooks. - Negotiate pricing with suppliers and process Purchase Orders/Requisitions to order materials, goods and supplies. - Establish and maintain close relationship with Existing/New Supplier accounts, customers' representatives & classification bodies' Surveyors etc - Any ad-hoc duties assigned by HODs/ Managers Job Requirements: - Minimum Diploma - Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration or equivalent - Proficiency in MS Office & Excel is a must - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Strong time management, focus and ability to multi-task - Team players - Independent and able to resolve issues
