Responsibilities
- Endpoint Management & Configuration
- Manage and maintain corporate-managed Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune

- Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Automate endpoint management tasks using scripting and modern management tools
- Participate in projects involving modern workplace technologies, cloud management, and zero-trust initiatives
- Analyse trends, recommend improvements, and help evolve endpoint management standards and practices
- Required Qualifications
- Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune
- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access and device identity concepts
- Experience with Windows and macOS endpoint administration
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile device/application management
- Experience working with endpoint security technologies such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Understanding of modern device management concepts, including:
- Zero Trust

- Device posture and risk management
- BYOD and MAM strategies

- Scripting or automation experience
