In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing and communicating Parts & Service strategies and driving best-practice fixed operations across our Dealer Network. You will work closely with Dealers to provide the tools, resources, expertise and support needed to maximise profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve retention. T his is a permanent role based at Sydney Olympic Park. How you'll make an impact Provide expert advice and support to Dealer management teams in developing and implementing aftersales policies, standards and marketing initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and align with regional Parts & Service objectives. Implement, review and optimise operational practices, processes and procedures to support parts sales performance, KPI achievement and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyse Dealer performance data and aftersales improvement opportunities to enhance parts and accessory sales, service retention, customer satisfaction, workshop throughput and overall profitability. Build Dealer capability by identifying training needs, providing coaching and supporting certification, recertification and warranty system review programs. Ensure compliance across the Dealer Network with relevant legislation, Toyota operational requirements and Dealer Agreement obligations, including Toyota For Life, Toyota Service Marketing, Warranty Labour Rate and Warranty System Review programs, helping minimise risk and maintain operational excellence. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and drive business improvements.
