HR Exe [Overseas Visa application & Training]/$4k+Bonus/West[10min walk MRT]

Responsibilities

• Manage overseas work visa, work permit and entry permit applications for employees deployed to regional project sites.
• Prepare, check and submit required documents, and follow up closely on application status.
• Liaise with employees, project teams, regional offices and external agencies to ensure timely approvals.
• Track visa status, expiry dates, renewals and deployment timelines.
• Keep stakeholders updated on visa requirements, application progress and immigration changes.
• Support training administration, including course coordination, attendance tracking and training records.
• Assist with general HR administrative duties when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in overseas work visa, work permit processing, staff mobility and training administration support will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and able to manage documents, deadlines and follow-ups.

Up to $4,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus Permanent/ 5 workdays/ 10 min walk from Gul MRT Station. Experience in overseas work visa, work permit processing, staff mobility, and training administration support will be an advantage.
