Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized commercial partners, ensuring their engagement and success.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's market reach.
- Drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies, aligning partner performance with business objectives
- Execute forecasts, understanding sales process details and excel in stakeholders relationship building to foster revenue growth
- Support partners with training, tools, and commercial strategies to enhance their sales effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, implementing improvements to maximize results.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on goals.

Requirements
- Prior experience working with channel sales and indirect sales models, preferably in the brokers, corporate benefits or SaaS sectors.
- Solid understanding from experience of the sales process and the channel partners ecosystem, and are passionate about sales and business development, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding results.
- Intermediate English level.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders, as well as build and maintain strong partnerships with commercial partners.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel performance.
- Proactive and autonomous professional, capable of working independently, with organization to manage a portfolio of multiple partners, while aligning with the company's goals.
