The role involves managing multiple tasks across Procurement, Fleet, Plant & Tool. The procurement co-ordinator works closely with project teams, external hire companies and all departments whilst performing their role. The Procurement Co-Ordinator will report into the Group Materials & Asset Manager Key Responsibilities of the Role: General Training site & new starters on Evison GRN emails Schedule meetings & take minutes Manage the Rebate list, updating the tracker and files Maintain approved supplier listings. Manage the onboarding of new suppliers. Ensure all suppliers have the appropriate accreditations and insurance cover(s) in place. Ensure Monthly Procurement meeting minutes are up to date and issued for the following meeting. Update monthly purchasing reports across all companies. Updating the Supplier Increase Tracker and files. Fleet Distribute tax discs and CVRTs when they are due. Order DCI Cards Order / set up Toll Tags Parking - maintaining the vehicle list Order rental vehicles for UK, Ireland and Europe Liaise with our Fleet Company regarding new vehicles, etc. Maintain fleet driver details on system Tool & Plant Actioning on-hire and off-hire requests with hire companies on Evision. Issuing accurate external on-hire reports to all projects weekly. Validate supplier on hire reports and update POs with Serial numbers. Gathering external hire plant value weekly and populating information into power BI. Updating plant PO's that may have invoice queries. Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager. 2+ years' experience in procurement, ideally within the construction and engineering sector. Experience of working with Fleet / Plant & Tool Experience in a similar role within an engineering or construction company Strong organization and time‑management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in procurement software and MS Office. Expected to work with only general supervision. Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and resilience - being able to adjust positively to situations that involve changing tasks and/or location, shifting priorities or ambiguity. #LI-MS1
