About the role
As a Business Development Manager , you'll identify new business opportunities in Food & Beverage in Indonesia. Qualification Bachelor's degree in food science, biotechnology, microbiology, chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing (Production/ QA/ QC or others is preferable) 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in Dairy segment is preferable. Having high -Wide -Deep relationship with Dairy customer. Experience in developing and executing business plans, identifying and qualifying new leads, and negotiating and closing deals. Strong understanding of the food industry and the competitive landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to travel frequently. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
