As our Head of Product, you will be accountable for shaping and executing the overall product strategy across the organisation. A track record of sustained performance, creating product organisations that deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes. Proven experience defining and delivering product strategy across E-Commerce or digital ecosystems. Strong leadership capability, with experience developing multi-layered product teams and creating an environment where high standards, accountability and continuous improvement are the norm. Comfortable taking responsibility not only for your own impact, but for the success of the product teams you lead. Highly strategic in both thinking and action, with the confidence to operate at high levels of ambiguity, visibility and pace. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link product decisions to business performance. Deep expertise in modern product practices including discovery, experimentation and outcome-led delivery. Capable of influencing senior stakeholders across functions, markets and the wider organisation. A data-driven mindset, focused on outcomes over output.
