Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and deploy email and mobile campaigns and journeys end-to-end in SFMC

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Content Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio are all areas you know well
  • Strong AMPscript and SQL skills; comfortable writing from scratch, not just editing
  • Solid understanding of SFMC data architecture and how data moves in and out of the platform
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and how it connects to SFMC
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email development
  • A collaborative, proactive working style - you're comfortable managing your own workload and communicating clearly with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications

JOB PURPOSE This is an embedded role working directly within the marketing team of a UK Award winning fintech, based at their offices in Canary Wharf. We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join our CRM team on a flexible contract basis. You'll work hands-on to build and execute campaigns and customer journeys, while collaborating closely with our product, marketing, and content teams to keep projects moving and deliver at pace. We are open to either a 3 month fixed-term contract, or freelance.
