- Strong AMPscript and SQL skills; comfortable writing from scratch, not just editing
- Solid understanding of SFMC data architecture and how data moves in and out of the platform
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and how it connects to SFMC
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email development
- A collaborative, proactive working style - you're comfortable managing your own workload and communicating clearly with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join our CRM team on a flexible contract basis. You'll work hands-on to build and execute campaigns and customer journeys, while collaborating closely with our product, marketing, and content teams to keep projects moving and deliver at pace. We are open to either a 3 month fixed-term contract, or freelance.
