About the role
As the Sales Excellence People & Culture Project Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of the pillar, ensuring that global People & Culture initiatives progress with clarity, discipline, and momentum. You will coordinate and support the execution of core workstreams across CG Academy, O nboarding, L earning roadmap, A ssessments, F rameworks, and C ommunity & C ulture activations . This role is critical to enabling a global team to deliver at scale by driving structure, follow-up, transparency, and execution excellence across all pillar activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pillar execution across Academy, assessments/frameworks, onboarding, and community formats
- Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, trackers, governance cadences, and repositories
- Prepare meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and decision logs across global stakeholders
- Support rollout readiness for key initiatives such as learning roadmaps, onboarding series, feedback formats, and global/regional activation formats
- Create and refine presentations, dashboards, progress reviews, KPI trackers, and update materials
- Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and escalation points across the People & Culture portfolio
- Support consistency of tools, templates, documentation, and ways of working across the pillar
- Partner closely with the two pillar leads to translate strategic concepts into executable workplans
- What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a business or commercial environment with demonstrated success managing projects or coordinating cross functional initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams.
- Experience in sales, commercial operations, or a related environment is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with core productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking systems, shared drives).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels across a global organisation .
- A professional, proactive, and structured working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- An understanding of or interest in the automotive industry (helpful but not essential).

- Have experience working in a global or matrixed organisation .
- Possess knowledge of the automotive industry, OEM interactions, or sales planning environments.
